DanceArts 2010 provides every child with the opportunity to broaden their creativity and explore a whole new world of performing arts. Students will learn the beauty and discipline of dance in a loving atmosphere.

Currently in our 39th year of teaching, GHSD has been voted #1 Dance Studio for the past 10 years by the readers of Nashville Parent Magazine. All staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid. The GHSD facility provides an amazing adventure for your child to learn and grow in a tremendous atmosphere.

Age of Students
All children from 3 years to rising 6th graders are welcome. Students will be grouped into classes based on age. The basic divisions are 3-4 yr, K-2nd, 3rd-4th, and 5th-6th graders. Grouping may change due to the number of students who register for each age range. 3 and 4 year olds will only attend dance classes from 9 am-noon.

*The order and content of each class will change depending on the day of the week and age of the child.

Additional Information
• Please bring a pair of soft soled dance shoes, tennis shoes, a water bottle, a towel, a lunch and drink.
• Please wear some type of dance clothes and have a t-shirt and shorts for various activities.
• Some days we will have outdoor fun to beat the heat, such as "sprinkler dancing". Please have your child bring a swimsuit.

Additional Fee Information
• Cancellations must occur by June 1st in order to receive a refund.
• Extended care (7:30-9:00 am and 4:00-6:00 pm) may be requested at an additional charge of $10 per session. Snacks will be provided.
